SAIL propose to recruit 200 Junior Managers in Engineering disciplines through walk-in
interviews to be held at four metro locations :

• Junior Managers : 200 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.10750-4%-16750, Age : 30 years. relaxtion as per rules., Qualification : B.Tech/ M.Tech (with minimum 65% marks in B.Tech) from IITs/IT, BHU in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Metallurgy, Chemical, Computer Sc., Electronics & Telecom., Instrumentation, and Ceramics discipline and M. Tech in Environmental Engineering or equivalent from IITs/IT, BHU/ISMU, Dhanbad, Experience : 1 year

Canidates should have qualified the NET conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC. however, those candidates who are holding M.Phil. or Ph.D. degree in the concerned subject are exempted from NET.
