Recruitment for the PGT 3rd Language Teachers in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas Lucknow Region

Regional Office Lucknow of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of School Education & Literacy, Govt. of India, invites applications from eligible persons for filling up the following posts.

* 3rd Language Teacher (TGT) : 51 posts in various languages, Pay Scale : Rs.5500-9000, Qualification : Concerned Regional Language as an elective subject at Degree level.
(b) B.Ed. or equivalent qualification from recognized university. (c) Competence to teach through English & Hindi/concerned Regional Language as the case may be, Age : 35 years.

Applications are invited from unmarried Male Candidates for Enrolment as Sailors for Artificer Apprentice (AA) - 126th Batch. Course Commencing 03 August 2009.

Eligibility Conditions:

Age : Candidates to be born between 01 August 1989 1989 to 31 July 1992 (both dates inclusive)

Educational Qualifications : 55% or more marks in aggregate in 10+2/equivalent examination with complusary subjects Physics and Mathematics : optional subjects Chemistry/ Biology/ Computers.

Pay : The Artifice Apprentices Basic Pay Band is Rs.5200-20200, Grade Pay @Rs.2000/- plus MSP @Rs. 2000/- plus ‘X’ Group Pay @Rs.1400/-

Selection Criteria : Selection of recruits is based on the order of merit on their performance in Written test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in the Medical Examinations.
