Freshers
Fresh B.Com, BA, BHM and B.Sc graduates from the 2008 batch only.
Excellent communication, analytical and interfacing skills.
Willing to work in different time zones.
Experienced
13-36 months of experience in providing Inbound / Outbound Voice support to International Call Centers via telephone.
Effectively answer inbound / outbound telephone calls from clients and provide client support through the use of an online knowledge base and benefits administration system / information system.
Document calls and issues in case management tools.
Good decision maker.
Willing to work in different time zones.
Desired Profile: The following candidates need not apply:
BE / B.Tech / MCA.
Candidates with less than 1 year in the current company.
Candidates who have worked with 3 or more companies and possess only 2 years experience.
Candidates who have applied in the last 6 months.
Candidates are requested to carry one copy of their CV, Passport size Photograph & Pay slip.
